Meringues

                                  How to Make Meringues

You will need:
4 egg whites
1/2 a cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 tablespoon of cornflour
An electric beater
2 spoons
A deep bowl
Baking paper
Baking tray
A plate
                                                       How To Make:

1. Pour egg whites into the bowl and beat until soft peaks form.
2. Add sugar 1 spoon full at a time. Beat well after every addition.
3. Add vanilla essence, vinegar and cornflour.
4. Beat until stiff peaks form.
5. Place spoon fulls on tray.
6. Bake for 15-25 minutes at 160 Celcius
7.  Serve on plate.
8. Devour your delicious meringues.
